Marzipan Cake (¨Mazarinkage¨)

This is one of the most traditional cake fillings found in Denmark. 

Made with homemade marzipan (almond paste) and transformed into a delicous pound-cake-like texture. This cake is very refreshing and delicious all by itself and the unbaked dough is a wonderful addition to any pie or cake you might want to make. 

Offered in individual slices or as an entire pie of 10-12 slices.
