My name is Maggie Nielson! I am 23 years old and I am both Danish and American. I am origionally from Utah and have lived there for most of my life. When I was 21 years old I decided to move to Denmark and become educated as a danish baker! The full education to become a baker and a pastry chef in Denmark takes close to 6 years; I have only completed 2 of those years, but I have learned enough that I would like to start to share my knowledge and expertise with others! I am so excited to have this website and eventually a blog to be the sources for others to access everything I have learned over these past years of schooling, working and experimenting in both Denmark and America.
