Danish Coconut Macaroon (¨Kokosmakroner¨)

Made with coconut shavings, sweetened condensed milk and egg whites. This pastry/cookie is naturally gluten-free. It also freezes wonderfully and is offered in the flavor of orange and raspberry. 

These macaroons are quite a sweet treat and are amongs the absolute favorite of everyone who has the pleasure of tasting them!

Ingredients: Organic coconut, organic sweetened condensed milk, powdered cane sugar, cage free egg whites, almond extract (possibly organic orange zest OR organic raspberries, pectin, and raspberry syrup)
