Ingredients for 10 pies/storage:
40 g Cinnamon
20 g Ginger powder
20 g Nutmeg
10 g All spice
10 g Clove powder

     Total: 100 g

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients for a Single Pie:

4 g (2 tsp) Cinnamon
2 g (1 tsp) Ginger powder
2 g (1 tsp) Nutmeg
1 g (1/2 tsp) All spice
1 g (1/2 tsp) Clove powder

     Total: 10 g

 

Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients thoroughly together. 

2. Transfer into an airtight container for future use.

3. The main recipe is enough for 10 regular 9 inch pies. For one pie, use 10g or 1 Tbsp + 2 tsp. 

4. If you simply want to make a single pie, follow the recipe listed for a single pie.

Notes:

- Stored in an airtight container, out of direct sunlight, this mixture has a shelf life of up to 2 years or, if stored in the freezer, up to 3 years.
