Ingredient Conversions: US Customary (cups) to Metric (grams)

Intro:

Since moving to Denmark and using the metric system for measuring ingredients to various recipes, it became very obvious to me that I needed to spend some time putting together a list of how much each ingredient weights when they are used in the US Customary measurement system. When I would google how much 1 cup of something weighed in grams, I would get a dozen different sources with a dozen different results. So, one day, I decided to take 4 hours and simply measure and weigh them all myself with a 15kg scientific scale I purchased so that I could have the most accurate measurements for when I was following a recipe. I simly went through my cupboards and measured every ingredient in them; I did this in no only a single cup but also 1/2 cup, 1/3 cup, 1/4 cup, tablespoon, and teaspoon becuase, as I learned, unless it is with water, each measurement is not exactly directly proportional to the other.
